How long does setup take?
Most companies are fully operational within 2 hours. The guided onboarding wizard walks you through importing your units, configuring jurisdictions, and adding your technicians. Your first work order can be dispatched the same day you sign up. For Enterprise customers with larger datasets, our team provides assisted onboarding over 1–2 weeks.
Can I migrate my data from a legacy platform?
Yes. We have a dedicated Legacy platform migration tool that imports your units, buildings, customers, and technicians directly. Starter customers use the self-service import (CSV). Professional customers get assisted migration with a data review call. Enterprise customers get white-glove migration handled entirely by our team with zero downtime. Does offline mode work on all devices?
Yes. The mobile app is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works on any modern smartphone — iPhone, Android, or tablet. It installs to the home screen and works in full airplane mode. Offline capability doesn't require any special device or plan — it's included in all tiers.
What integrations are available?
QuickBooks Online sync and Stripe payment processing are included in Professional and Enterprise plans. API access for custom integrations is available on Enterprise. We're actively adding integrations based on customer demand — contact us if you have a specific integration need and we'll tell you where it sits on the roadmap.
Are there long-term contracts?
We offer both month-to-month and annual billing. Annual billing includes a meaningful discount. There are no setup fees, no cancellation penalties, and no minimum contract length on Starter or Professional. Enterprise contracts are typically annual with custom terms.
What kind of support do you provide?
Starter customers get email support with a 1-business-day response target. Professional customers get priority email and phone support with a 4-hour response target during business hours. Enterprise customers get a dedicated account manager, direct Slack access, and a guaranteed SLA response time. All customers have access to our Help Center documentation.
